Camping within the Shire of Exmouth
There are plenty of camping options for people wanting to enjoy Exmouth's World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Coast and the Cape Range National Park.
As well as a number of caravan parks, we also have coastal campsites in the Cape Range National Park and at the region's spectacular pastoral stations.
Not much compares to waking up on the Ningaloo Reef.
If you are planning to come to Exmouth for a camping holiday between April and October, especially the school holiday periods, please book a campsite prior to arriving, as parks are very busy at this time of year.
Under state Government legislation camping is permitted only in designated caravan parks or camping grounds such as one of the 4 licensed caravan parks or the Cape Range National Park.
Please note there are no designated Main Roads 24-hour roadside rest areas within the Shire of Exmouth so please plan your trip wisely to ensure you arrive safely in Exmouth.
