NINGALOO SKY FESTIVAL 2025: A UNIQUE FUSION OF CULTURE, COMMUNITY AND GASTRONOMY

The Shire of Exmouth is thrilled to announce the revival of an iconic destination event on the North West Cape!

Following the overwhelming success and positive feedback from past events such as the Ningaloo Eclipse Event and the iconic Whaleshark Festival, the Shire has been awarded $19,000 through Tourism WA's Regional Events Funding Scheme to host the inaugural bi-annual "Ningaloo Sky Festival" in June 2025 and is currently applying for additional funding streams.

The Shire of Exmouth will be spearheading the programming together with regional businesses, vendors, and creatives, ensuring a unique and unforgettable experience for all. The decision to create a new festival every two years has been met with great enthusiasm from staff and Councillors.

The Ningaloo Sky Festival promises an array of activities, including concerts, a long-table dinner at a secret location, and various family-friendly events.

The festival aims to celebrate the spirit of the local community and the region's stunning natural beauty, providing an opportunity for locals and visitors alike to come together and create lasting memories.

“We are incredibly excited to bring back a major event to Exmouth. The Ningaloo Sky Festival will showcase our region's unique attractions and provide a boost to our local economy. We encourage everyone to mark their calendars and join us for this fantastic celebration.”

"The Whaleshark Festival has always been a highlight on the local calendar, and with the commitment to create a new destination event celebrated every two years, we're taking it to a whole new level. The event committee will have time and resources to plan and enable event visitors to immerse themselves in the festivities and revel in the welcoming community atmosphere and everything the Exmouth has to offer."
