APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 4 AMENDMENT NO.10

Pursuant to clause 87 (2) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Minister for Planning has granted final approval of Amendment No.10 to the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme No.4.

In accordance with clause 87(3) of the Act, the amendment was published in the Government Gazette No. 105 on 11 August 2023.  

The updated Local Planning Scheme will be available at the Shire of Exmouth offices and online at www.dplh.wa.gov.au
