Tenders are invited for the purchase and development of 1 Bennett Street, Exmouth (Lot 38 on Deposited Plan 209501 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title 1319 Folio 575) and 1 Learmonth Street, Exmouth (being Lot 1416 on Deposited Plan 209501 being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title 2990 Folio 539).

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify.
